  2. There are many types of food, for example:fruits, maize, drinks, edds, bread, vegetables, milk, fish, chicken......
  3. We have three meals a day: breakfast,lunch and dinner.
  4. Food helps us to grow and healthy.
  5. We also need to drink a lot of water.
